Cancellation Policy
If you just placed an order and it has not yet shipped, please contact us right away at support@collectibleart.shop, please include the order number that you would like to cancel.
If your order is already shipped, you may return this at your expense.
If you would like to cancel a pre-order, this can be canceled for up to a 20% cancellation fee. This cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
PLEASE NOTE: We can only issue a refund to the same payment method that was used when the order was purchased, we do not have a way to refund to an alternate card or account. If the account used when placing the order is no longer open, we can issue the refund in the form of an in-store credit. Please inform us before the refund is issued if your original payment method is no longer valid. If the refund has already been issued and we are notified the account is closed, we will not have a way of obtaining that refund.
